NOKIA DID IT AGAIN!!!!!

wow... nokia customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen.

After my first mail related with my issue (10th of April) the device is still  at the nokia service at my town.... it has never been at nokia repair center or whatever...

Yesterday they call me because they need the invoice.... after 20 days they realize they need it... ok...
This morning I went to the shop and gave them the invoice... THEY TOOK OUT MY DEVICE and attach the invoice....
One month later they already have the device and has never sent it to repair!!!!!!!

I don't know what is wrong with nokia customer service.... maybe the people, maybe the process... I don't know... but now a days I can never recommend anyone to buy nothing related to nokia.

Yesterday I noticed that my charger is quite flaky, already. But I
guess you tried another charger..?
Does it indicate that it's charging when you plug it?
