Title: Best Regards,
John/Humberto,

Apple's OS X does support CIFS file sharing on which both Samba and Microsoft file sharing are based. Here is just one reference that discusses Apple's OS X SMB/CIFS client:

Although I have not used it, I am sure that OS X also has an SMB/CIFS server as well for interoperability with Microsoft clients.

Is there a way to share files from the 770 with my Mac OS X computer (and

I'm not sure if an afs client is available or not, but you can always use
SSH/SFTP.  MacOSX comes with a server that's easy to activate, and
dropbear/ssh are available for the 770.  It's a commandline solution,
which may not be ideal if you're looking for something "maclike".  It is
easy to set up, though.

I haven't tried on a Mac, but I mount nfs shares from a linux based nas onto my 770. You need a root shell to run the mount on the 770.
