Doh!... I've grown so used to distro's putting it in /boot, I forgot to look in the right place. As for the GPL violation My understanding is that for the portions gained by Nokia as GPL and those modes made to said code, yes it is. The first step is as some here have done. Request delivery under the GPL. Further steps can include making Nokia aware of the available legal assistance from lawyers who are experts in the field of OSS and understand both the OSS side of things and Nokia's inherent rights when it come to protecting their intellectual property. Since legal expertise in Open Business as applied to Software is not as widely available having a group to count on for accurate and objective assistance helps. Nokia on the other hand can rest assured that the Linux community doesn't want to harm Nokia, but the faster Nokia feeds the community code the more it will help Nokia. > > cheers, > Christian > _______________________________________________ > maemo-users mailing list > maemo-users@maemo.org > https://maemo.org/mailman/listinfo/maemo-users _______________________________________________ maemo-users mailing list maemo-users@maemo.org https://maemo.org/mailman/listinfo/maemo-users
