I don't have the 770 with me now, so the details have to wait until tomorrow. I'll try with several differently encoded videos. It looks like some problem with the Xv extension, though. Instead of showing the video, the screen turns blue, and pressing the fullscreen button changes the shade of blue (iirc). Could be some clash between 770 hardware and N800 software...
