It appears to use standard XKB config files.  The two keyboard layouts
are listed in /usr/share/X11/xkb/rules/xorg.lst and defined (through
/usr/share/X11/xkb/rules/xorg) in /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/pc and
/usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/nokia_vndr/su-8w
