Won't load or can't be installed? Loading is what happens after installation. Installation is what happens when you first put the program on to your device (i.e. install the package.) I assume (maybe wrongly?) you mean "won't install", but you might mean "load" so I thought I should ask you for clarification. I'm a little confused (as per usual...)
