The N810 already has GPS in it, and Nokia is shipping both of these items (and more) with devices that are fully subsidized. I wouldn't want the N900 to only come as a subsidized option, but I would like to see it in both subsdized (carrier-tied) models and fully open ones. Choice is always good.
