Not the cause of this problem, although this conflict should be fixed imho.
installed okular-devel-4.6.95-0.mga2.x86_64 is conflicting because of unsatisfied libpoppler-qt4-devel[>= 0.8.0]
promoting libpoppler-qt4-devel-0.16.7-2.mga2.i586 because of conflict above selecting libpoppler-qt4-devel-0.16.7-2.mga2.i586
okular needs to be updated (or the libpoppler-qt4-devel provides re-added).
