OK

- cherry pick components to install for non live kde

- remove calligra
B/c libreoffice is already here?
Yes, and iso size constraint.
(previously calligra wasn't installed by default)
- replace various kde4 handbooks by task-kde4-handbooks-dvd in INSTALL
This is wrong IMHO.
that only make sure there on the ISOs.
This is what I wish.
The needed handbooks will be installed by suggests, according to kde's
components selected at install time.
cf. http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.linux.mageia.user/6342
This is intended for stuff that are not picked by anything else by that the
installer would pick according do detected hardware.
I even documented this in rpmsrate.
This is obviously not the case here.
Is there a better solution?
