Hi, When fixing LSB initscripts, redis failed to build and failed some tests. As it was out of date and I found a few references to "it's a known problem" when googling, I tried the latest version locally and it worked fine for me.
Therefore as there is no maintainer and as it didn't compile, I'm requesting a freeze push for this package.
