[Mageia-dev] Freeze push: drakx-installer-help

Added German translations and many other adjustments from doc team which 
would be good to see in Mga2.

Please also re-build drakx-installer-stage2
NOTE I have *not* bumped release in drakx-installer-stage2 spec just in 
case this update is too late and cannot be included.
