You can try the srpm from here: http://colin.guthr.ie/libvdpau-0.4.1-3.1.csg3.src.rpm There may very well be newer updates and releases now, I've not checked. All I did was add the only patch from git master: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~aplattner/libvdpau/ and then apply the other patch on top. They are both in the srpm.
