$ ls | while read f;do file $f;done|awk -F: '{print $2 ":" $1}' | sort
Some formats 19/9 are displayed at 4/3 ratio.
As I said previously VLC works fine in every case.

In my case, all play in totem except SWF files.
The only problem I saw was some chopping with audio in a couple videos,
the ballmer_dance one and the casseaur.mov.
