[Mageia-dev] Freeze push: postgresql-jdbc

Hello,
Could newer version of postgresql-jdbc be pushed? We currently have 9.0 series 
of postgresql-jdbc, but it won't build against latest java tool stack. 
Considering we are promoting postgresql 9.2 in mga3, same series of jdbcd 
driver might be more acceptable.

BTW, you may want to delete the package from updates_testing.
