http://mageia-se.org is now online. Its far from finished but some of the members on mandriva-se.org has been pushing me to get something up around mageia instead. The base of the site is buddypress with a few modifications and i'll add a few more patches soon but the main thought of the site is to offer the social aspect since i know thats something many users have missed on other community-sites i've been running.
