[Mageia-discuss] Taskbar problem

The taskbar(?) across the bottom that shows what's in each of my open 
windows is acting up. For no apparent reason the word description 
disappears and only the icons remain. A few minutes later the shutting 
down script appears and stops. I have to manually reboot the computer. 
On reboot there is a whole bunch of garbage rapidly displayed. This has 
happened at least 3 times in the last 6 days. I am using kde.
