[Mageia-discuss] Make urpmi detect if you don't have a program and install it

Hello, Would it be possible make that urpmi detect if  to run command or a run 
program to detect if you don't have it and install it? I think it's a good idea 
and makes a big difference to both users and developers of mageia.
