That some may not bother or understand or be motivated is not a reason to give up in itself. It's a signal that something should change, yes: education about these, their structure, or the people inside it. That's very true in a yoda'ish way :-)That said, I think I speak on behalf of many when I say that I "would like to" ask Michael to stay on board in these roles if time and health permit.
