And it would have the direct effetct that some of us will leave all lists that have this setting. Whenever I detect that a list I'm member of allow mail from outside without moderation, the first thing I do is complain to the admins. if the reply is that this is intentional, I leave the list. So if Mageia ever open their lists to non-members without moderation, I'm leaving the lists permanently, untill I get confirmation that the list is only for members again, or that non-members are moderated. -- Johnny A.
