There you have the e-mail of your coordinator (although he should be
active here too).
What do you mean by "my account at tansifex is inactive".
Are you able to login? If not, than you are yet not listed as a
translator and Oliver (our chief) will have a look at it.
If you are able to login, you have to request to join the arabic team:
https://transifex.mageia.org/projects/p/mageia_i18n/team/ar/
After that, your coordinator have to accept your request and you are
able to translate.
