Oops, wrong hint, from the code it is limit for media to download
packages
from for parallel download. Sorry.
So it is the limit of number of media(s) or the limit of the number of
packages that will be downloaded ?
No, it is the limit for the list of known media (Main, Main Updates, etc.)
for parallel download. For example, you can select "Main", but leave as is
"Main Updates".
Check this in Settings->Parallel->Media limit->Add
