We have updated the autoconf / automake / libtool scripts in ImageMagick 6.4.5-1, available now in ftp://magick.imagemagick.org/pub/ImageMagick. Can you see if the updated scripts fixes the problem? If not, save the configure, make, and make install logs to a file we can download and review.
