It would be nice if that were true, and by rights it _should_ be, assuming
PerlMagick hasn't stopped being maintained and isn't becoming increasingly
outdated and limited compared to the underlying ImageMagick functionality.

But as I mentioned on this list a couple of days ago, perl Image::Magick
v 6.2.8 does not apparently support the 'stroke-dasharray' attribute in
Draw() or Set().

In the single reply this elicited, someone mentioned, without reference
to perl, that there is currently an IM bug relating to stroke-dasharray.

But at the risk of sounding simplistic, how hard can it be to draw a
blasted dotted line?! This bug should be trivial to fix shouldn't it?
