This http://www.fmwconcepts.com/misc_tests/FFT_tests/index.html is still under development and the code for the FFT/IFT is still being modified to get it into final form. But once that is done and it is integrated into IM, you will be able to do things similar to what I have created on this page as tests and potential demonstration/tutorials. We have no time frame for this, yet. However, you may download the test code, but what is available is rather old. I would wait a bit until it gets into final form and then download the test code until it gets integrated into IM.

Hello again,

Is there a way in imagemagick to apply a FFT transformation to an image,
remove noise from the frequency domain and then retransform using the
inverse FFT??
I guess the noise removal on the frequency domain could be done by using
some kind of convolution filter (still no idea of how the kernel would be
made of ..)

One other thing: Is there a way to apply a FFT by using simple convolutions
and transforming the image into its frequency domain? Any idea of the kind
of kernels involved in this case? (only if its a doable thing of course)

Any suggestions?

Thanks for your time,
