Sorry, I forgot to mention the script name - picframe
I just uploaded a script to add frames around an image. I have 12 different frames and allow a black border around the image and a matte of user specified color around that and the frame around that. The script can be found at http://www.fmwconcepts.com/imagemagick/index.html Be sure to download the folder of frame corners for the script to use. You can also add your own frame corners to the folder.
