As far as I can tell, for JPEG files, by setting -quality 70-100, the
filesize and its quality
change won't be noticeable. However, if you lower more JPEG's "-quality",
we might get smaller filesize but there should be some "perceptional" loss.

The OP may be interested in "-quantize" option and test the images with
his output devices( LCD?, Mobile?, PDA or iPhone?)
