and compose methods with -composite at 
http://www.imagemagick.org/Usage/compose/ and
various ways to add text at http://www.imagemagick.org/Usage/text/

Suggest you work each step separately with temporary results. Then 
figure out how to merge the temporaries, then convert to clone and 
parenthesis processing as needed to combine into one command line.
