To verify the path variables were being applied properly, I found an equivalent 'which' command for Windows and discovered that the 'convert' command is being run from C:\Program Files\ImageMagick-6.5.3-Q16, as it should be.
I renamed the convert.exe to conv.exe and was surprised to discover that conv WORKS without errors! Another surprising discovery is that the "which convert" shows another convert command in c:\windows\system32 - the command to convert a file system from FAT to NTFS. The surprise is that when I enter "convert" now, I get the same error as before: --------------------------- convert.exe - Entry Point Not Found --------------------------- The procedure entry point ConvertImageCommand could not be located in the dynamic link library CORE_RL_magick_.dll. --------------------------- Could that be a clue as to how to fix the issue? We are working toward a patch so this manual step is not necessary in future releases. ______________________________________________________________________ This email has been scanned by the MessageLabs Email Security System.
