We're not sure why ImageMagick cannot find the Ghostscript registry
key.  It works for us on our Windows 2003 system (we don't have 2000).
ImageMagick looks for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GPL Ghostscript with
RegOpenKeyExA() and then enumerates the keys with RegEnumKeyA() looking
for the latest Ghostscript release.
