This is of great interest to me also. I have used PointPicker on my
Mac within ImageJ, but it only works for one image at a time.

I am greatly interested in some tool that will allow one to pick
corresponding points on two or more images at the same time and
export to a list. This will be of great use for an IM function to
warp one image to another, even with a simple polynomial warp that
Anthony already has developed.

So if anyone knows of such tools, please point those out.

It would be really great if the IM display function were improved to
be able to pick points and output some text list of those points. You
can find coordinates with it, but then you have to write them down.
