It is to build MagickCore / MagickWand / Magick++ statically. If you include delegate libraries you need to build these statically as well. After you build all the delegate libraries statically, rebuild ImageMagick. Even then you will still have a few dynamic libraries such as the standard C and math libraries. You can include these statically as well.
