Hi Stacey/Ali,

I've committed a fix to this issue. Slightly modified from the patch as
dmlib has limitfrom/limitnum params to ensure compatibility between
different dbs so used those instead.

When going to My Plans under Profile on Mahara 1.3 beta4 it reports back: 
Mahara: Site unavailable
A nonrecoverable error occured. This probably means you have encountered a bug 
in the system.
