Fair enough, perhaps there is something in Mahara that is breaking some feed readers.
I've checked the mimetype and it looks ok (application/xthml+xml). Could the query string parameter because of the query string parameters? (artefact=30&view=138) That's one thing that Feedburner is stripping... Other than that, I don't really have any ideas as to what might be different between the dynamically-generated feed and Feedburner, or between the file and the dynamically-generated feed. One thing that might be worth checking in the case of magpie is whether it supports the Atom format because the Mahara feed is not RSS, but Atom. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Mahara Contributors, which is subscribed to Mahara. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/731824 Title: Mahara forum RSS feeds not correct when in a moodle block Status in Mahara ePortfolio: Triaged Bug description: I have forum in Mahara with an rss feed: http://mahara.midkent.ac.uk/interaction/forum/atom.php?type=g&id=10 When viewing the feed in a web browser or via a feed reader like tint RSS or google ireader it works as expected with the news title directing to the site when clicked on. However if I add the feed into an RSS block in Moodle when the titles are clicked they go to the root of the Moodle site and not through to Mahara. Other RSS feeds work as expected. Additionally is possible it would be good for these links to be able to automatically sign a user into Mahara when clicked. I am running Mahara 1.3.3 See this forum thread: http://mahara.org/interaction/forum/topic.php?id=2948 _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~mahara-contributors Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~mahara-contributors More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
