Hugh confirmed that the old paginator is used. I don't agree that the
"Max selector" would be a good alternative as that has to be used all
the time whereas with the current block settings you decide how many
entries are shown before the pagination kicks in. That is more
persistent.

The paginator should be updated to the new one as more pages are then
easier indicated in the paginator.

Bug description:
  It defaults to showing pages for a limit of 10, but only displays a
  limit of (by default) 5. This means for 15 items, only 2 pages are
  shown, when next is clicked, the pages correct themselves to 3.

  This also happens at /artefact/blog/view/

  I would suggest changing this to use the dropdown selector, defaulting
  to a chosen number.
