I agree, this was one of the things that irked me about manage skins page. If you hover your cursor over the skin image it will tell you 'click to edit' but it needs to be more up front.

However, you cannot see how to edit it. You need to click the skin in order to change its properties. It would be good to have a little help sentence below the "Skins" heading or a help icon to that effect: "Click on a skin to edit it."
