Public bug reported:
Each new Group's About page includes a group Forum block by default.
However, if a Group Admin deletes this, there is no way to restore it -
it doesn't exist as a menu item on any Group page.
We find the Forum block really useful and it would be good for it to
behave like a normal block.
Affects all recent versions of Mahara, on all browsers and operating
systems we've tried.
