Steps to replicate:
1. Install a fresh mahara.
2. Execute following SQL on DB
SELECT * FROM artefact_file_mime_types WHERE mimetype = 'video/mp4';
Expected result:
mimetype | description
-----------+-------------
video/mp4 | m4a
video/mp4 | m4b
video/mp4 | m4p
video/mp4 | m4r
video/mp4 | m4v
video/mp4 | mp4
(6 rows)
Actual result:
mimetype | description
-----------+-------------
video/mp4 | m4v
