When selecting an institution file to add via tinymce it lists
institutions as a selectbox called 'groups'

Bug description:
This is under the 'institution files' tab
I suspect the selector needs to be 'groups' under 'group files' tab
(when available) and needs to be 'institutions' under 'institution
files' tab when available
