Bug description:
Opening the TinyMCE equation editor in 18.10.0 does not display.
Console (Google Chrome) displays:
Mixed Content: The page at
'https://mahara.fsd38.ab.ca/artefact/artefact.php?view=14436&artefact=66008'
was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script
'http://yui.yahooapis.com/3.14.1/build/yui/yui-min.js'. This request has been
blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
