Correct the git URL for mahara-flashplayer

Bug description:
Currently it lists the URL as https://github.com/agwells/mahara-
flashplayer/tree/mahara-flashplayer , when it's actually been moved to
https://github.com/catalyst/mahara-flashplayer/tree/mahara-flashplayer
Moreover, though, we should move the repo under the Mahara project on
gitorious.
(In the long run, of course, we want to replace Flowplayer Flash with
something else, probably HTML5).
