Edit button in page actions is not operable via space btn

Bug description:
The "Edit" button in the page actions is operable on 'Enter' but not
'Space' (unlike the other buttons in that page actions menu)
To test:
1. Log into Mahara as any user and either navigate to a portfolio page you
can edit or create one
2. Navigate to the portfolio page and use the keyboard to Navigate to the
Edit button in the page actions menu (currently the right side of the page) and
click enter
3. The page should go into edit mode, select to display the page
4. Focus on the Edit button and press the 'space' button
Expected results:
The page is but into edit mode
Actual results:
The space button does not cause the page to go into edit mode
