The modal to display the artefacts is missing form the group homepage.
The block is displayed with links for all the elements, but clicking
them is not doing anything because the modal to display the artefacts is
not present.
Steps to replicate:
Create a group 'GroupA'
Click on Files tab and add a folder 'Folder 1' with some files in it
Add another folder 'Folder 1.1' inside 'Folder 1' with some files in it as well
Click on 'About' tab an 'Edit'
Add a Folder block and select 'Folder 1' in block configuration
Display the page
The folder block is display with the list of files and 'Folder 1.1' as links
Click on any link
Expected result:
A modal is open to display the clicked artefact
Actual result:
there are no changes on the page, nothing's displayed

Bug description:
Since our last upgrade to 20.04.0 of Mahara, all group homepage with a
folder block are not operational, i.e. we can see the content of the
folder but we cannot click it (either to download it or browse a
subfolder).
It is a regression since the problem was not present prior to our
update (we went from 19.04 to 20.04 this summer).
I made a test on demo.mahara.org and the problem is reproducible on
this platform also.
