Mention activity for archiving from the web services Moodle assignment
submission plugin

Bug description:
In bug #1891850, when a portfolio is archived via the Moodle
assignment plugin, it's not displaying the Moodle activity name as is
done for a regular LTI.
The notification that is sent to the student submitting their
portfolio doesn't contain that information either. It only has an
empty group name:
'This is to confirm that you submitted the collection "Coll one"
successfully to the group "" at 10-09-2020, 08:04.'
Ideally, it also mentions the activity name.
What will need to change:
For the web services archiving submissions we record the host value (URL of
site gotten from submittedhost field in page / collection) and external id
passed in by a web service call.
What we would need is the web services call to accept full path +
display name of the external resource so we can pass those as well or
instead of the current info we record in the archived_submissions
table, and have that go to the email and display in the admin report.
This will mean slight adjustments on both Moodle and Mahara.
