I've been working with one of our students who is having trouble editing
settings on a 'tagged journal entries' element on some pages. When
clicking on the pencil icon to show the settings dialog, there is a
'loading' indication, but the dialog is not shown. Other pages with
different tags shows the settings dialog fine. This occurs even on a
newly created page. He's using Chrome 102 on a Mac.
We're using Mahara 21.10
