Bug description:
Because the openbadgedisplayer version numbers are out of sync it will
cause a:
Mahara: Site unavailable
Database version of Mahara plugin Open Badges 1.2.0 (2022090200) is newer
than files version 1.2.0 (2018081701). Please make sure you have the correct
Mahara plugin files in place.
error when the site is in production mode
