We now have links to a Staff access-like interface from group members.
Ruslan has also added a way to add/invite users to groups from the find
users page.

Bug description:
It would be really good for Admins to be able to quickly add users to
controlled communities faster and easier than current (search, add). Perhaps
an interface like assigning Staff access rights [ <-- ] [ --> ] with multiple
user select option
