Bug description:
Introducing Options to enable/disable sub-features within any plugin.
For example: It would be great if the admin would be able not just to
enable/disable the Resume Plugin but also to configure it to one's need, e.g.
enable/disable "My Skills" and/or "My Goals" etc.
