I don't understand at all why the correct CFLAGS don't finish in your
${build_dir}/extra/src/c-client/CFLAGS file - this is what happens here (under
both Linux and Solaris).
Makefile.ssl part: I think this makefile is not used at all, is it?
Finally, the missing symbols really surprize me: they all seem to be defined in
libcrypto.so on my systems (again, both). But duplicate symbols seem to be a
real problem, I'll look at this later. However, I can compile the SSL version
under Solaris 8 so if you could look further into this it would be much
appreciated. Thanks!
