If you put the wxExecute stuff in there, I would be much more inclined
to add the basic GPG support.  Thanks for the encouragement!

Well, I think the *user* should be allowed to format messages as he
wants, not as Mahogany developers want.  The current PGP format is tried
and true.  Not many email clients support S/MIME yet, to my knowledge.

Even if they all did, there are web-based PGP services (MailVault.com)
which employ the old format and thousands of PGP users who still
employ it.  It is not going away and Mahogany should support it.  The
idea here is to offer users the choice.
