A MacOS X app is a bundle consisting of the binary, Icons, resources, etc. The binary 
runs just fine when executed from a cli, at least for me. To run it through the 
finder, I believe that we need to make it a bundled app.

Not yet. It is probably just easier to modify the makefile to do the necessary stuff 
since the PB is a front end to a bunch of command line tolls anyway.
